Apostate Leadership

It is my theory that we have an apostate ruling class (politicians, bureaucrats, media, special interest, and big business) who have abandoned not only the faith of our fathers but also the ideals of our fathers (our republican form of government and democracy). They are all out to get their own, seeking not the common good or public good any longer, but what is best for themselves - narcissism - a radical anarchic individualism combined with a growing balkanization. These apostates have undermined every aspect of our lives. They have rendered the constitution essentially a dead document, calling it a "living document."

The American Apostate is a non-believer in two important ways. First and foremost, he has deserted the faith of his fathers. For whatever reason, he has abandoned the ways of God and set out on a path defined not by God, but defined by himself. The apostate’s vision of order is based not on the Judeo-Christian traditions or the American ideal but on a secularist creed or, in some cases, a most liberal, left-wing, theological perspective. Either way he has embraced self-centeredness, man-centeredness, and egotism in the pursuit of power as the solution to all of man’s problems. It would be a mistake for us to assume that this is a man of little faith; far from it, for he is anything but the agnostic he proclaims, in fact, his religion borders on zealotry.

The apostate has become the product of what he thinks and what he was taught – the Marxist critique, materialism, evolution, socialism, feminism, one-world globalism, anti-capitalist environmentalism, global warming, political correctness, and the list goes on and on. While he is a defector from the faith of his fathers, you will find him frequenting the front pews of the apostate movement raising funds or advocating for his ‘religion’ and its governance over others.

Second, he has deserted his own nation and its ideals. He has turned traitor to the very ideal of American exceptionalism, patriotism, the constitution, justice, our common history, and the concept of federalism. The American apostate would like for the public to believe he is in a long line of American traditionalists opposing American orthodoxy. His propaganda seeks to market him as some romantic warrior, this renegade, this loner, and this rebel with a cause simply trying to make the world a better place – friends - that is total non-sense. This is a man who speaks his ‘feelings,’ which are based on error but standing there in the arena, he tells us with a straight face he is speaking truth (as he knows it) and expecting us to believe him.

His ideology is dogmatic and rigid, tied down - not by anchors of belief and truth - but moored to a didactic conventional wisdom defined by an unyielding faith in man and government, not God. He knows deep down in his heart that he is a heretic and a dissenter, but takes great pride in this truth as a means of deflection. He is a lost soul trying his best to validate a dark, sinister, estatist belief system to others. The American apostate is a bigoted, narrow-minded, know-it-all. His vision of order is defined for him and there is no wiggle room in his orthodoxy. He is anti-Christian, anti-capitalists, anti-American, anti-industrial, and anti-human.

The American apostate is anything but open-minded or the free thinker he wants others to believe that he is. He talks down to his audiences and tolerates no dissension. As a professional skeptic and cynic, he is generally a hate-filled person full of bitterness, resentment, anger, negativism, pessimism and discouragement. His skepticism and cynicism is fed by his sophistry, his ego driven belief that he (or his ideology) is the expert on everything and there are no other views worthy of consideration.

The American apostate possesses a critical spirit that manifest itself in their behavior - they are always waiting to pounce, attack, reject, trap, and destroy their opposition. He believes things that are simply not true, not grounded in truth, and he tries over and over again to project his erroneous vision of order to others. When he is rejected, he flies off the handle, easily.

The American apostate lacks a balanced healthy emotional life. They do not belong to God; instead they belong to some nebulous man-centered ideology and secularist creed build up on a pedantic conventional wisdom (house of cards) that completely dismisses God in exchange for man and government.

While he may have worth and he may feel worthy in his cause, he is essentially an empty shell, lacking core values, because he does not believe in God and therefore does not understand the worth God places on his life and every life through Jesus.

Although he presents himself as an expert and know-it-all, he lacks competence on issues and becomes frustrated and angry when he is rejected, rejected because he comes across in his speeches and appearances as a caricature, uninformed, of feelings following error (untruth).

There is no indwelling spirit in him to guide his conscience to help him, enable him, or equip him for the tasks at hand. He is always fumbling for the right answer, constantly talking around the issues, and never addressing them directly. He is even celebrated for his ability to deflect and skirt the issues. Because the Holy Spirit does not dwell in him, he always lacks a comfortable, sound state of competence.

I usually think about this stuff when I am working out, praying (yes infidel - God speaks to me like he will to you, if only you will let him in your heart), or suffering from a lack of sleep. ...torture me, kill me but just don’t bore me with your left-wing tripe.
