Despotic Socialism

The Socialist Democrats have it right, there are two Americas.  The America that works and the America that doesn’t.   The America that contributes and the America that doesn’t.  It’s not the simpleton Alinskyite drivel of the “haves” verses the “have nots,” it’s the accomplished verses the unaccomplished.   The simple truth is there are Americans who do their duty, obey the law, support themselves, contribute to society, and others who don’t.  That’s the divide in America.   It’s not about income inequality, at all, it’s about civic irresponsibility.
It’s about a political party incessantly preaching hatred, greed and victimization in order to win elective office.  It’s about a political party that loves power more than it loves its country.  It’s about a party that has now taken to employing the apparatus of the State (government) to do its bidding and we have allowed it!
That’s not an invective, it’s the truth, and it’s about time someone said it.
The politics of envy was on display when the sitting Socialist-of-the-Chair (SOTC) pledged the rest of his term would be dedicated to fighting “income inequality.”  He and his administrative State have noted some people make more than others, some people have higher incomes than others, and he says that’s unjust.  This is the rationale for thievery it is the rationale of all Socialists.   The other guy has it, you want it and the SOTC will steal it for you using the auspices of the State to take it.  Vote Democrat (socialism).  Who said the syndicate was dead?
This is the same philosophy that produced Detroit and all the other islands of socialism dotting the landscape from Boston to Los Angeles from Miami to Seattle.  It is a philosophy that is methodically transforming the nation while destroying the political and economic foundations of this country.  The liberty-based systems that once defined this great nation and made it exceptional are slowly but systematically disappearing because ‘We the People’ are allowing it.
It is an electoral philosophy that is destroying America.  It is an electoral philosophy that surreptitiously laundries (redistributes) taxpayer’s dollars through legislative actions that selectively fund groups and programs in the name of compassion and other rationalizations.  It is an electoral philosophy whose purpose is anything but compassion – the real purpose of this philosophy is the acquisition, maintenance, consolidation and extension of political power with the ultimate aim of establishing a one-party State in America.  It is an electoral philosophy that attempts to purposely deceive the American people by manipulating them toward a fundamental deviation from American values and common sense.  It is an electoral philosophy that does not benefit those it says it will but betrays both the nation and the people as a whole.
Socialist Democrats have not empowered their followers; they have enslaved them to a culture of dependence and entitlement, of victimhood and anger instead of ability and hope.  By making them dependent they have established themselves as the despotic ruling class who benefits most, all the while, using the “masses” as little more than a means.
The SOTC’s premise – is little more than a repackaging of a tired old philosophy, as old as time itself and always part of the despots drive to consolidate power unto himself or his party (faction).  It is the trite socialist (statist) argument that you reduce income inequality by debasing the successful.  What happens is that socialist tyranny and control seeks to deny both the successful and the unsuccessful the consequences of their choices (actions and ideas).
The socialists does not understand basic economics 101: income variations are the direct result of the choices we all make and the efforts we put into our actions that lead to different consequences or outcomes.  It is human actions that produce different outcomes.
For example, in a liberty-base system, those who choose wisely and responsibility have a far greater likelihood of success, than those who choose foolishly and irresponsibly.  Success and failure generally manifest themselves in personal and family income.   If one chooses to drop out of high school or to skip college, then they are more apt to have a different outcome than someone who gets a diploma and pushes on with purposeful education.   If one chooses to have children out of wedlock, then life is apt to take another course for both the person making the choice and, unfortunately, for their children.  Generally speaking if one chooses to have their children within the frame work of the little platoon (marriage) then life is apt to take another course for the person making that choice and their’ children.
The station one obtains in life is directly determined by the decisions made along the way.  It is important for people to understand the relationship between effort and reward (outcome).  For example within a liberty-based system, a doctor (professional) makes far more than the average Joe.  That is, there is income inequality between the doctor and the average Joe based on the effort each individual put into their profession or job.  An inequality of outcome is reflective of an inequality of effort.  While the doctor went to college and devoted his young adulthood to medical school and residency, the average Joe might be satisfied to have worked in a warehouse.  The doctor made a choice, the person going to work in a warehouse made a choice, and it is this choice leading to different outcomes.  The doctor’s outcome (reward) pays a lot better than the warehouseman’s outcome and there is nothing wrong with the choice made by either of these individuals.  The reward-effort catallactics define a true market place.
Are we to begrudge the doctor for his choices?  Did the doctor cheat to arrive at his/her level of reward and is it right for the sitting SOTC and his comrades to take away (steal) his wealth?  Is it the job of the State to isolate, smear, vilify and then destroy the doctor because of his human actions?
In a liberty-based system, the answer is absolutely NOT!  In a free society, it is the choices we make combined with our effort that ultimately define the reward (outcome) we earn and enjoy.
But it is not inequality that the sitting SOTC and his faction intends to take away, it is the liberty-based systems gifted to us from our forefathers and mothers.  These systems were paid for by our ancestors and it is they who made the America we grew up in possible, not the socialist.  We enjoy freedom and the remaining vestiges of liberty-based systems because our parents stood up, fought and earned it for themselves and they passed them on to us for safe keeping and protection.
Given the current situation, ‘We the People’ apparently do not want to uphold, defend and earn that same America for our children.  I say that because apparently we suffer from a lack of conviction, as a people, we are willing to allow the long march into a thousand years of darkness to commence on our watch without so much as a word or a whimper.  We sit back as we watch with our own eyes a tyrant, a thug socialist and his party of thugs deliberately stifle and destroy our nation and its liberty-based systems.
We have apparently lost our convictions and if that is true then we are, indeed, condemning our progeny to that long march into the darkness.  In effect, we are betraying our ancestors, our heritage and all they fought and gifted to us.  Worst of all, we are betraying our legacy, our children and children’s children.  With our lack of effort politically and economically, we are condemning them to a despotic socialist State rather than the liberty-based systems they deserve.
In America, we have always had the freedom to succeed and the freedom to fail; but apparently, we have chosen failure as the preferred option.
The pursuit of happiness (i.e., freedom to choice and act) means nothing in the face of State-based coercion and compulsion.  The heavy hand of the State destroys not only freedom but choice and ultimately any form of happiness in society.  The man who sits at home drawing a check from the State is equally as “happy,” perhaps more so, as the engineer who is paying 60 percent of his income to some form of government (local, state and federal) to fund the man sitting at home doing nothing.
The socialist Democrat who preaches equality of outcome as a right demonstrates his/her total and complete ignorance of the relationship between effort and reward and the liberty-based systems that makes this catallactic possible.  And in their ignorance, they have sought to manipulate the masses into believing this ignorance (using envy) and convincing the masses to follow them down the path to ruination and socialist poverty, for that is where all socialist schemes end up.  Socialism is the darkest of philosophies leaving in its wake a tradition of death, destruction and poverty.  Its rudiments flow directly from the desire for totalitarian control by the State over the individual - be it monarchic or socialistic in nature.
Unfortunately, the nation has forgotten the sowing principle, “you reap what you sow, more than you sow and later than you sow.”
The socialists or statists has always sought to destroy that principle through vain deceits (lies) using legislative mechanisms and the promises of a future utopia.  In the United States of America, they have been trying systematically to destroy the successful for over a century through the electoral philosophy of socialism by relentlessly empowering the punishing hand of the State.  They have destroyed the relationship between effort and reward, they have worn down the convictions of a majority of Americas and the nation’s obedience to the sowing principle is all but forgotten.  In its place, we have the new godhead of the State where entitlement has replaced effort, confusion has replaced conviction and socialism has destroyed the principle of sowing and reaping.
The SOTC and his party have waged a highly successful war against the nation, its people and the liberty-based systems gifted to us.  They seek to make American just another outpost of despotism where the State can be used as the despots see fit, openly punishing the successful and productive to foster some utopian mythology under the rubric of “equality” and their “visionary leadership.”
The SOTC and his party keep telling us there are two Americas and they are correct because they have fostered this segregation, just like their predecessors and “Democrat” brethren - the Ku Klux Klan, fascists, syndicalists and communists.  They have successfully employed the apparatus of the State to seize power and now they are using it as a means of perpetuating themselves in power and at the same time create the disparity they so conveniently exploit.  The government of the United States is being administered by political gangsters and bullies.  The government under this regime is the most corrupt institution on the face of the earth.
At present, the government of the United States systematically and purposely employs tax dollars taken from the productive (givers) to purchase the votes of the takers.  ‘We the people’ are not divided by the differences in our outcomes or incomes, we are divided by a corrupt government and ruling class who are engaged in marketing (propagandizing) a false philosophy of despotic socialism through deceitful means with the purpose of destroying liberty-based systems while installing their state-based (socialist) systems.  Understand, this is a government (Administrative State) under the administration of an avoid Alinskyite socialist and socialist party.
In a liberty-based system people are honestly divided by the difference in their efforts and choices within the market; in a state-based system the masses are arbitrarily divided based on the decisions of some deceitful despot and the bureaucrats loyal to him or the State.  It is a travesty, no a tragedy, for the government of the United States to be used in an effort to market (propagandize) and implementation a false philosophy which maintains that one man’s success is the direct result of the victimization of another.  It is pure ignorance, it is pure socialism and it is un-American.
What the SOTC and his party offer is not a solution at all; what they seek is a means to carry out and implement a wholesale discrimination sanctioned through (or under the cover of) some “legislative” action.  They seek the authoritarian power to openly discriminate against one group while rewarding another.  They seek the power to arbitrarily apply the law as they see fit, they do not want to be hindered by some antiquated document - like the Constitution - or held accountable by another faction they disagree with.  They seek totalitarian control so they may steal (confiscate) from one group and give it to another in order to purchase votes.  They do not seek a democratic solution, far from it; for what they truly seek is “their solution.”  Their solution is absolute political power.
The SOTC as a community organizers and agitator is doing his job - he is fomenting division, strife and confusion so he and his minions can more easily bring about more confusion and a further fragmentation of the society pitting Americans against each another for the socialist's own aggrandizement.   This fragmentation allows them to buy off (pick off) different groups in their drive to consolidate power.  This is what the SOTC and his minions offer the nation – a totalitarian vision of order.  What is most frightening is that they are now in control of the levers of State power.
The great deception is that the utopian promises they espouse are pure mythology, what they seek – is the Marxist class warfare that empowers their despotic leader (dictatorship), despotic administrators (ruling class) and their miserable despotic party.
Two Americas?  Absolutely, it is a reality, it is a reality because ‘We the People’ have allowed it to happen, we have allowed our nation to be overrun by the enemy, and yes they are our enemy, and they (this socialist faction) have managed to get elected and re-elected (consolidate their power) based on these failed promises of utopianism because they are constantly engaged in an unrelenting campaign of blaming the failure of these programs and schemes on liberty-based systems and individuals.  These campaigns are designed to wear down the people by producing frustration with the “polarization” in Washington or division among the people.  If only they (the socialists) did not have to deal with this uninformed, backward faction of people who actually believe in the Bible and the Constitution, all would be utopia, all would work seamlessly.
The question becomes, have we gone too far?  That is, have we Americans lost our will and our conviction to uphold, defend and gift to our children and our children’s children the liberty-based, God-centered systems gifted to us?  Or are we simply going to fold our tents and join the long march into the darkness in a total betrayal of our past and a condemnation of our progeny?

The end

SOTC keeps Promise to Putin

Russian Helicopters for sale...
Does anyone remember Barack Obama's great promise of the campaign of 2012?  He did not make a promise to America nor to the American people.  He did not make a promise to fellow politicians. Unlike so many of his promises, he is keeping this one. His promise was to Vladimir Putin of Russia. What is Obama doing to keep his promise to Putin?

Everyone remember the hot mike incident in 2012 when Barack Obama pleaded with Russian President Dmitri Medvedyev to give him time until the election.  After the election, he promised Vladimir Putin, through Medvedyev, he would be more "flexible." Now we have seen this flexibility.

Barack Obama is going to spend almost $700 million dollars of taxpayer money to buy Russian helicopters for the Afghan Air Force.

But wait. Just like those TV commercials, it gets better.

When this worthless congress passed the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act, it had an interesting provision. It included, as a part of the law a prohibition on the United States buying helicopters from Rosoboronexport, the Russian manufacturer of the Mi-17 helicopter.

Unfortunately as always happens, when such laws are passed, congress gave the Regime an escape hatch. The law stated Obama could buy from Rosoboronexport IF the Secretary of Defense certified it was in the interest of National Security.  And of course, the Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel , a statist committed to destroying the US military immediately signed off on a certification. Where do we even start with this one?

And as always, the worthless congress is now outraged over a bill it passed (but did not read) and now we have these demagogues (that would be Senators and Representatives from both parties) scrambling in CYA mode.

Of course, this was congress' fault allowing a law to be written with such an escape hatch and authorizing the expenditure of money we simply don't have.  More importantly, Americans need to be asking just what is the Obama Regime up to?  Why are we spending $700 million dollars with a Russian arms manufacturer? Why are we even giving the Afghans these helicopters?

If we are going to give Afghans helicopters, which we really shouldn't, then why not give them American helicopters that would put Americans to work?

If we are going to give the Afghans Russian helicopters, the ones we are giving them are an old Cold War version. There are hundreds of used MI-17 helicopters floating around the world arms market. Why not purchase them instead of paying to give them brand new helicopters?

In the era of the Sequester, isn't there something better we can do with $700 million?

1.     American Medicare cancer patients are being turned away from hospitals and are being denied life saving treatment because of budget cuts (based on congress' socialist model of rationing health services).

2. The American military is being gutted to the point of ineffectiveness because of budget cuts.

3. The United States Air Force is grounding 17 squadrons because of $591 million dollars in budget cuts. The United States Air Force is not able to do its mission because it lacks the money to fly but we have the money to give Afghanistan $700 million dollars in Russian helicopters.

And this is where Barack Obama thinks we should spend our money?  Most people reading this story will not have heard about it. Why?

Because the drive-bys are moving in lock step to make sure there is no bad news that might damage their dear leader - the SOTC.  This is a story that should damage him and outrage every American.

The only way we will ever stop Obama is if the American people know what he is doing.  The well - informed citizen is key to a vigorous, healthy republic, the uninformed citizen is  lynch-pin to tyranny.

Cut and paste - Let’s circulate this to as many as possible.

ACA Micrososm of Socialism

"Affordable Care Act (ACA) / Health and Human Services mandates are forcing Americans to:

(a) purchase socialist healthcare it may or may not want or may or may not need;

(b) forcing religious institutions and members of the church to pay for policies that violate religious doctrine (Biblical values); and

(C) forcing doctors, nurses and other medical professionals to violate their conscience by performing procedures that violate their religious beliefs.

This "law" perverts the commerce clause (the constitution) and is really nothing more than another means (scheme) to redistribute the wealth (income) of the nation.  The primary purpose of the ACA is not health care, at all, it is a means of controlling individual behavior (through coercion and compulsion) and a means of forcing group A to pay for the healthcare of the group B.

It is a microcosm of socialism (statism) in America:
  • deceitful (lying lairs);
  • authoritarian (militaristic in its corporative form and police powers);
  • discriminatory (pitting groups (have-nots) against groups (haves));
  • impositional (using police powers of the State to coerce and compel to influence behavior);
  • rationalistic (rationalizes any means to achieve socialists (State) ends);
  • humanistic (man-centered ideology); and
  • secular (anti-Christian, anti-Jewish orthodoxy).

The Eight Levels of Control (Socialism)

The dirt bag Saul David Alinsky (January 30, 1909 to June 12, 1972) was an American community organizer much like the current socialist-of-the-chair sitting in the oval orifice when he is not trying to play that bourgeoisie sport of golf.  He is generally considered the founder of modern community organizing.  He is most often noted for his book Rules for Radicals.

There are 8 levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state.

The first is the most important.

1) Healthcare -- Control healthcare and you control the people

2) Poverty -- Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.

3) Debt -- Increase the debt to an unsustainable level.  That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

4) Gun Control -- Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government.
That way you are able to create a police state.

5) Welfare -- Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and
Income)

6) Education -- Take control of what people read and listen to, take control of what children learn in school.   (common core)

7) Religion -- Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools

8) Class Warfare -- Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor.  This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

The chains of tyranny are rattling…

Each president, congressman, judge, bureaucrat and everyone who serves or have served in the military are sworn to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Yet over the past 100+ years we have witnessed presidents, congressmen and women, judges at all levels and the bureaucracy openly violate the Constitution.  Yet very little, if anything, has been done to these lawless politicians to prosecute them for the violations.

With great propensity and without fear of being held accountable they have rushed to violate it at an accelerating rate thru legislation, executive actions, judicial fiat and bureaucratic rulings.

With each new endeavor (violation), the political class has become increasingly brazen in their actions to erode the Constitution; except, of course, when they are falling all over themselves to make mocking references about how they are upholding and defending it.

It has now become almost supercilious to even broach the subject of Constitutional violations.  To mention a law or some judicial ruling or bureaucratic imposition violating the Constitution brings looks of "are you serious?" and outright laughs.

Because of the unaccountable state faced by the modern demagogues of the day, they know they can safely assume they have no opposition to their actions - no checks or balances to their power.

That is why the political class ignores ‘we the people’ and act as they please.   They pay no attention to us and carry out their strategy of consolidating, maintaining and extending political power.

We as a people are allowed to live a life style until we infringe upon the political classes' power base.   When this happens - your infringement upon their power – your actions will be addressed through increased security and regulatory measures to curtail the interest of "We the people."  The socialist of the chair and the political class offer us no real plans or proposals to solve the nation’s problems; what they do is position political opponents as the enemy of the people.   For example, law abiding gun owners are now portrayed as enemies of society.

But this is not new it has been the dominant pattern in the relationship between the people and the government (State) since the presidency of Theodore Roosevelt and that pattern of increasing statist intervention has only accelerated and become even more coercive and compulsory in its nature.

Now we have the socialist of the chair seeking through various maneuvers to take away your liberties as enumerated in the Constitution under the second and first amendments.

We have a president dedicated to destroying the Constitution yet we have a political class impotent in their opposition.  They stand around either: (a) applauding and cheering on a further erosion of the Constitution or (b) arguing amongst themselves as to what should be done.

Whatever happened to real leadership?  Whatever happened to defending the Constitution?  What has happened to our republic?  Who is going to take a stand - will it come when they come for our guns?  Will it be when they come for us?

The chains of tyranny are rattling louder and louder and, yes, closer and closer....  Where are you in this fight?

Apostate Leadership

It is my theory that we have an apostate ruling class (politicians, bureaucrats, media, special interest, and big business) who have abandoned not only the faith of our fathers but also the ideals of our fathers (our republican form of government and democracy). They are all out to get their own, seeking not the common good or public good any longer, but what is best for themselves - narcissism - a radical anarchic individualism combined with a growing balkanization. These apostates have undermined every aspect of our lives. They have rendered the constitution essentially a dead document, calling it a "living document."

The American Apostate is a non-believer in two important ways. First and foremost, he has deserted the faith of his fathers. For whatever reason, he has abandoned the ways of God and set out on a path defined not by God, but defined by himself. The apostate’s vision of order is based not on the Judeo-Christian traditions or the American ideal but on a secularist creed or, in some cases, a most liberal, left-wing, theological perspective. Either way he has embraced self-centeredness, man-centeredness, and egotism in the pursuit of power as the solution to all of man’s problems. It would be a mistake for us to assume that this is a man of little faith; far from it, for he is anything but the agnostic he proclaims, in fact, his religion borders on zealotry.

The apostate has become the product of what he thinks and what he was taught – the Marxist critique, materialism, evolution, socialism, feminism, one-world globalism, anti-capitalist environmentalism, global warming, political correctness, and the list goes on and on. While he is a defector from the faith of his fathers, you will find him frequenting the front pews of the apostate movement raising funds or advocating for his ‘religion’ and its governance over others.

Second, he has deserted his own nation and its ideals. He has turned traitor to the very ideal of American exceptionalism, patriotism, the constitution, justice, our common history, and the concept of federalism. The American apostate would like for the public to believe he is in a long line of American traditionalists opposing American orthodoxy. His propaganda seeks to market him as some romantic warrior, this renegade, this loner, and this rebel with a cause simply trying to make the world a better place – friends - that is total non-sense. This is a man who speaks his ‘feelings,’ which are based on error but standing there in the arena, he tells us with a straight face he is speaking truth (as he knows it) and expecting us to believe him.

His ideology is dogmatic and rigid, tied down - not by anchors of belief and truth - but moored to a didactic conventional wisdom defined by an unyielding faith in man and government, not God. He knows deep down in his heart that he is a heretic and a dissenter, but takes great pride in this truth as a means of deflection. He is a lost soul trying his best to validate a dark, sinister, estatist belief system to others. The American apostate is a bigoted, narrow-minded, know-it-all. His vision of order is defined for him and there is no wiggle room in his orthodoxy. He is anti-Christian, anti-capitalists, anti-American, anti-industrial, and anti-human.

The American apostate is anything but open-minded or the free thinker he wants others to believe that he is. He talks down to his audiences and tolerates no dissension. As a professional skeptic and cynic, he is generally a hate-filled person full of bitterness, resentment, anger, negativism, pessimism and discouragement. His skepticism and cynicism is fed by his sophistry, his ego driven belief that he (or his ideology) is the expert on everything and there are no other views worthy of consideration.

The American apostate possesses a critical spirit that manifest itself in their behavior - they are always waiting to pounce, attack, reject, trap, and destroy their opposition. He believes things that are simply not true, not grounded in truth, and he tries over and over again to project his erroneous vision of order to others. When he is rejected, he flies off the handle, easily.

The American apostate lacks a balanced healthy emotional life. They do not belong to God; instead they belong to some nebulous man-centered ideology and secularist creed build up on a pedantic conventional wisdom (house of cards) that completely dismisses God in exchange for man and government.

While he may have worth and he may feel worthy in his cause, he is essentially an empty shell, lacking core values, because he does not believe in God and therefore does not understand the worth God places on his life and every life through Jesus.

Although he presents himself as an expert and know-it-all, he lacks competence on issues and becomes frustrated and angry when he is rejected, rejected because he comes across in his speeches and appearances as a caricature, uninformed, of feelings following error (untruth).

There is no indwelling spirit in him to guide his conscience to help him, enable him, or equip him for the tasks at hand. He is always fumbling for the right answer, constantly talking around the issues, and never addressing them directly. He is even celebrated for his ability to deflect and skirt the issues. Because the Holy Spirit does not dwell in him, he always lacks a comfortable, sound state of competence.

The Revolt should be building....

Further Commentaries on the mess we are in….

I am growing more optimistic about the coming debate on the issues.

Rush as taken up the debate in a more open manner and in many ways
defining the issues and terms of the debate, much more I might add than the republican presidential candidates.

The issues are clear: Immigration!, Victory in the War!, and Taxation!

What really fueled my optimism was the few minutes I spent listening, with great amusement I might add, to Congressman Steny Whoyer (and yes, I know - I misspelled name).

Whoyer stood there in the well of the congress, with his mop of silver white hair in perfection, looking and trying his best to sound stately, dressed in his pin stripped Italian suit, well tailored, shining shoes and, of course, the great silence that can only be heard in such an esteemed chamber.

After all, it is the congress that has perfected the art of bloviating, greatly elevating it as an art form – that is, they talk about the great issues of our times, castigate each other for not doing anything, talk around the margins of the issues, but in the end they never get anything done for the people! They are the artful dodger.

But I digress, Whoyer was speaking to all who would listen telling us that he had been a legislator for 40 years (like that really qualifies him for anything other than being a dog catcher).

Whoyer was trying to appeal to the American people as he was scolding the Republicans for criticizing the efforts of Charlie Rangel to "reform" the tax code.

Whoyer told us that Rangel, the Harlem socialists, was courageous, for he was only attempting to have the government pay as we go. In reality, what Whoyer was addressing was the stupidity (consequences) known as the Alternative Minimum Tax that with bracket creep and other forms of tax code manipulation has gripped the middle class now. And who came up with this AMT? Ta' socialists democrats. A policy that has become an ATM for politicians... but again I digress….

Whoyer told us these reforms are necessary to "balance the budget and return fiscal responsibility to government." He did not tell the truth, what he was doing was protecting his tenure as a 40-year careerist legislator who has never hit a slick at a black snake in his entire life, like most democrats, he has lived off the public dole for far too long - his entire adult life (professional politician). Just look at them starting with Bill and Hillary Clinton on down.

I must say I was about to turn the station when this moron looked seriously into the camera, complete with the dramatic pause - and then he said, "It takes real courage to add revenues when you are cutting taxes." Excuse me? Is that oxymoronic or what?

He was looking at the Republicans as he finished the statement pointing his old bony little finger at them telling them in effect that it takes courage to raise taxes, exempt some classes of individuals from paying taxes at all (many of which were not paying taxes anyway) and raise taxes on YOU –

YES I SAID YOU - The American Rich, the wealthy in America,

1. those of you who start businesses,
2. run small businesses,
3. invest their capital and labor,
4. live life by the rules,
5. seek to educate your children, and
6. live a good meaningful life –

all of you making from $80,000 up!

What takes courage is for politicians to start CUTTING spending and stop treating the American taxpayer as if he or she is some kind of over paid greedy individual who is not paying his or her fair share....

Listen up Rangel and Whoyer – we pay enough taxes, we are not philanthropist!, and the federal government is not the bipartisan party of government's personal bank account!

What we see in Washington D.C. are greedy careerist politicians dividing up the productive output of the American taxpayer as if it belongs to them -

Listen up Whoyer and Rangel - MY MONEY DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU!

It is time to tell these greedy politicians they need a shot of testosterone - get some real courage - cut spending, cut our taxes - return America to its roots, stand up to the socialists in both parties, resign from the bipartisan party of government, and like Nancy Reagan said, "JUST SAY NO!"

The revolt should be on folks, against:

1. the continuing un-enforcement of our immigration laws (the bipartisan party of government acts as if it is paralysed - it simply lacks courage and we should feed it with feed back!);

2. defeatists - American apostates - trying to use our military and foreign policy as a political pawn for political gain (Americans do not oppose the war what they oppose is the rancor and dishonesty in Washington D.C., particularly when you compare the class of people sitting as so-called congressional/national leaders and then compare them to the class of people serving in our armed forces); and

3. the growing threat of the imposition of socialism through the tax code, the take over of the medical industry by the unqualified, and the coming collapse of the Social Security System and the coming socialization of retirement by the STATE.

STAND UP AMERICA! YOU ARE SALT AND LIGHT!

STAND UP TO THE SYCHOANTIC SOCIALISTS WHO ARE RUINING YOUR NATION!

STAND UP AND FIGHT!

EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS,

THE MOST POWERFUL ENTITY IN OUR POLITICAL SYSTEM IS YOU,

BUT IF YOU DO NOT VOICE YOUR OPINION,

IF YOU CHOOSE TO SIT ON YOUR BLESSED ASSURANCE,

YOU ALLOW OTHERS TO RULE OVER YOU!

I urge each of you to call your legislators and Congressman Steny Whoyer and voice your opinion... today!

Helping the Children....think again!

And while the president’s approval ratings are low, the sitting congress, who ostensibly rode the promise of change to power just a year ago - has seen its approval rating plunge to historic lows, roughly half that of the president’s (and in some polls one-third as popular). The congressional democrat’s agenda promising ‘change’ as fallen flat on its face, with a thud and their approval rating is not on a slope but clearly in the ditch.

Instead of the change promised, the democrat congress has intensified its viperous partisanship and, frankly, they are more of a ‘do-nothing congress’ than the congress they replaced. They have totally misread their self-proclaimed ‘mandate for change’ and even attempted to reinterpret what they campaigned about. This is problematic for the congressional leadership because the change they campaigned on and promised was the restoration of fiscal responsibility and greater accountability. What we have been handed is devolution into explosive spending, earmarks, greater unaccountability, pending tax increases, and a continuation of corruption (only the players have changed).

With respect to their campaign promise and how they are now trying to change the subject and skirt the issues, they have taken to parading children out as props (the new barricades) to ‘win’ sympathy for their expansion of government. Instead of telling the American people the truth – that they are expanding government across the board - they have engaged children as front line troops in their assault on the free market, the American taxpayer, and in the end, children. They have chosen to hide behind children, instead of telling us the truth of their actions. Democrats with republican complicity form what might best be described as the true party of Washington – the Bipartisan Party of Government. In a concerted campaign, the BPG coalition is selling us on the idea that they are only seeking an increase in this or that program ‘for the sake of the children."

But consider for a moment the number of times, number of programs, and the expansion of regulations that the esteemed members of the BPG coalition are seeking. Incremental increases ‘in this or that program,’ after a while begin to add up, and across all governmental programs, it means aggregate spending and interventionism (regulations) explodes. At best, their argument is counterfeit and at its worse, it is downright mendacious. They are not honest enough men or women to just speak the truth. They are trotting out children not to win arguments, but to win the sympathy from the public as a means to expand the role of government. This is deceit at the highest levels of government. We must deduce from this behavior that the overwhelming desire of the BPG coalition is to continue an ad infinitum quest for incremental socialism. This Fabianism is not designed to do what is best for the American people (taxpayer) or the children - it is designed to appease their constituents through different forms of boutique socialism. What they are doing is stealing from the future, from the children.

If they are really doing it for the children, consider the legacy they are creating ‘for the sake of the children.’ The battle over the SCHIP program (State Children’s Health Insurance Program) provides us with a glaring example of what the BPG coalition is doing in the name of the children. And let us be perfectly clear from the offset, children who live in poverty, real poverty, should have access to some form of health care. However, when the BPG coalition expands the poverty baseline by two-and-three hundred percent of the base, this is egregious fraud carried out on a grand scale not by private insurance companies but by elected officials claiming to represent the American people. This expansion brings in families making as much as $84,000 per annum. But it does not stop there - the expansion goes beyond children to include adults. And with a straight face, the BPG coalition members propagandize from behind the rampart the need for expansion as a way to help the children.

What is sad is the reality that this is only one of the programs across government they are using this rationale and fraudulent rhetoric to expand government. SCHIP is only symptomatic of the pathology of the larger problem the BPG coalition is perpetrating on the nation. Just as troubling is the inability of the republicans and conservatives to mount a counter argument exposing this fraud being carried out not on the merit of the arguments or in a honest debate, but through the exploitation of our children.

How can they argue they are helping the children when they are in effect killing their futures? The SCHIP program is nothing more than a surreptitious attempt at imposing socialized medicine beyond the poor into the middle class creating further dependence. Who is going to pay for the expansion in spending and intervention to finance socialized medicine, socialized retirement, socialized environmentalism, socialized education, socialized daycare, and socialist economic policies in general?

Who in the future is going to pay the bill when these programs are expanded? The answer is very simple - it is our selves, our children, our grandchildren and our great grandchildren. Thirty years down the road they will be paying 60-plus percent tax rates. Are members of the esteemed BPG coalition going to stand up on the floor of the congress or in a press conference and tell the people that their children will be facing these rates? I ask the reader, is this helping our children? No, it will work to enslave them to the state.

Who in the future is going to have to deal with and finance this expansion in the national debt to pay for these programs? Again, it is our selves, our children, our grandchildren and our great grandchildren who are going to pay with (a) an increased tax burden, (b) hat in hand asking foreign governments to finance it through the capital markets, and/or (c) the printing press (inflation). Is this helping the children? No, it is killing their futures.

The BPG coalition’s actions and our continued expiation (appeasement) are leading directly to a socialist future and the long run consequences will be devastating for the nation – the children. Here are a series of questions for the BPG coalition and their constituents.

How will our children feel about us kicking the can down the road by simply transferring the burden of these programs onto them and their children?

What legacy are we leaving our children when we are passing on a worse rather than better medical system?

What kind of legacy are we leaving our children when we leave them to deal with the coming bankruptcy of the social security system?

What kind of business environment will we be passing on when the BPG coalition smother it with a growing taxation; burden it with ‘global-warming’ regulations; crowd capital out of the market with increased government borrowing (higher interest rates); experience a further deterioration of the education system into the world of secularism, political correctness, and multiculturalism; take over the care of the children at the age of four, and implement tax increases, expand spending, and start printing money wholesale to ‘finance’ the expansion of government.

The democrat leadership and their BPG allies congress know all of this. How do we know that? Because every time they want another incremental step toward socialism, they do not engage in an honest and open debate; instead they mobilize our children to provide ground cover, cannon fodder for their newest scheme. They exploit unwitting children as the voice of socialism, it is shameless and cowardice in the face of fire. Rather than take the hits and open themselves up, they hoodwink children (and their parents) into parroting socialist policies that will strap them with prohibitive tax rates and the growing specter of socialism marching into their future.

As the parents and grandparents of these children, are we going to expiate this travesty, this dishonesty, and these lies? Is this what we want for our children and grandchildren? Do the democrats and the BPG coalition really want to defend this as helping the children, when in reality it will kill their future?

No – they would rather lie and skirt the issues than tell the American people the truth about the long run consequences of their actions to impose socialism on the future.

They prefer to make political points and political expediency than solving the nation's problems in a forthright manner.

The perverse disequalibrium point

"What resulted was 9-11, and it can not be said often enough,

the tragedy of 9-11 represents a perverse disequilibrium point, the catastrophic intersection between the nation’s failure to enforce border security and immigration laws and pursue a peace through strength and vigilance foreign policy."

A Nation in Crisis

The Southern Agrarian Commentaries

http://thesouthernagrarian.townhall.com/

"The rulers are incapable of dealing with the crises in a way that meets with the desires of the American people because they have abandoned American sentiment for the sentiments of others. As a result of this paralysis of action and substitution of sentiments, we are left with a crisis of confidence. It seems that there is no end in site, no solutions, except to watch the crises grow worse.".

A Government in Anarchy

Immediacy is the product of ‘crisis’ - crisis emanating from the ruling class's failure to enforce the existing (or last) laws. Instead of truth and honor, they set about blaming the existing law, the ancient regime, and its fabricators as being inadequate and antiquated. The fragmentor’s answer is to always demand immediate action - to enact a new law to deal with the current crisis while extending comrade leader greater political power. All wrapped up in a stratagem to cover up the state's, the ruling class,' total incompetence.

Ted Nugent on deer hunting

Ted was being interviewed by a British journalist.

The journalist asked,"What do you think the last thought is in the head of a deer before you shoot it? Is it, `Are you my friend?` or is it `Are you the one who killed my brother?'"

Nugent replied, "They aren't capable of that kind of thinking. All they care about is, 'What am I going to eat next, who am I going to screw next, and can I run fast enough to get away. They are very much like the French in that way."

A Strategic Strike in waiting, thanks to the Den of Fools

Our ‘esteemed’ congress is now calling for investigations to blame everyone for the problem but themselves. And how much are these hearings going to cost the American people in terms of money and time?

What are they going to result in? In reality, we all ready know, more demagoguery and reactionary policies detrimental to the nation and the economy.

Consider if they are successful, that is, if a windfall profits tax is enacted.

It will result in four things for sure –

1. even higher prices,
2. growing dependency on foreign sources of oil,
3. a crippled domestic oil industry and
4. an infinite array of strategic options for Iran/Al-Qaeda.

I can only think of what Osama bin Laden and his den of thieves are thinking –

How can we further disrupt the Middle East oil supply?

How can we close the Persian Gulf?

A nuclear bomb devasting the Saudi Oil Fields?

Their options are infinite thanks to the braindead politicians we have in congress.

Osama bin Laden and his Iranisn allies with one strategic strike in the Middle East can devastate the American economy.

They will no longer need to strike America to bring us to our knees, they can devastate the economy with one bomb in the right location.

The congress of the United States has exposed itself to be little more than a den of fools, economic illiterates and political neophytes, if not criminals.

Like old Marxist socialists, they seek to make villains of the productive, equating profit with fraud and criminal behavior, while providing our enemies with the means to destroy us.

The Anti-Capitalist Mentality, sedition in action

Congressional behavior is reflective of the anti-capitalist mentality.

This mentality gave us the price controls and windfall profits tax of the 1970s resulting in the current dependency we are living with today.

This mentality has systematically used the political system, bureaucracy and courts to kill off exploration of proven reserves domestically, thus, making us more dependent on foreign sources of oil. While they have limited oil production, they have also worked to destroy the nation’s capacity to generate power.

This mentality has regulated the construction of new refineries out of business, effectively limiting the output of gasoline and other products over time, driving up the price of these products. The only way the oil industry has had to increase refining capacity has been to increase the size of existing facilities over the past 30 years. In reality, the United States should have increased production (refining) capacity by one-half (50%) over the past 20 years, instead we have increased it by about one-twentieth (5%).

This mentality has regulated the construction of new nuclear power plants out of business, effectively limiting the output of electricity overtime, driving up the price of electricity. There has not been a new nuclear plant constructed in the United States in 30 years. To keep up with the demand for electricity and bring about a conversion of oil to more economic uses, the capacity to generate electricity should have increased by at least one-half (50%) over the past 30 years. Yet, we have only expanded the capacity of fixed assets (nuclear plants) to generate about one-tenth (10%) more electricity over this period and forced utilities to adopt more antiquated ways of generating electricity like coal burning plants to make up the difference.

This mentality has been allowed to regulate the refining process in to a maze of bureaucratic bottlenecks substantially running up the cost of gasoline and other products beyond the base cost of the raw material (crude oil). The myriad of regulations of the refining process runs up the price of gasoline and other derivative products. In addition, we have innumerable regulations on the types and processes that can be used to generate electricity through coal burning plants.

At every step in the production of power for this nation, government regulations have worked to drive up the price to the consumer, NOT oil or utility companies.

To add insult to injury, it is government who is the real gouger - benefiting daily, gallon by gallon - through windfall taxation of the consumer. State and Federal taxes make up from 12.5% to 25% of the price of a gallon of gasoline depending on the State. This does not include the taxes they reap through taxing utility (power) consumption. And while government reaps windfall taxes, what was the profit margin by ‘Big Oil’? Eight-point-eight percent (8.8%)

The New Xenophobes

The new xenophobes out there - namely those who want to stage 'ethnic protest' and wave the Mexican flag in favor of open borders, amnesty, and the balkanization of America.

For your information (since you lack any grounding in history or integrity), we are first a nation of laws and second we are a nation who has embraced the melting pot, not the balkanization of America.

Try this, apply for immigration and if you truly want to make a difference in your communist inspired May Day protest - protest the socialist, psuedo Marxist, Mexican government that you fled because they have created this probelm!

Revolt Conservatives

It is becoming more and more apparent everyday that we have two basic parties in America.

We have the Conservative Party and the Democrat-Republican Party.

Republicans are ruining the Republican Party and I'm fed up. In Texas. where we have worked mightily for years to build a two party state and take control of both houses of the legislatue, now find that our elected representatives voting for a business income tax increasing the costs to all consumers and counter productive to economic growth.

I believe the Republican State Convention in June should revolt against Republican Politicians.

I believe a resolution should be introduced calling for the Party to nominate another person to represent the party in November. Rick Perry and his cornies (RINOs) should be called on the mate for this tax increase on all consumers. This in nothing short of a business income tax placed on business, which will be paid by consumers. It is a shell game. My representative's spokeperson tried to rationalize the vote, but no more for me.

I am a life long Republican - I started and stood with Barry Goldwater in 1964 and I have supported Republicans all my life, but I have reached my limit. All of them from the national level on down are passing on future taxes to me and my children for their ineptness at governing. I am afraid Republicans - liberal democrats parading as Republicans (Perry) are ruining my party!

I will be supporting a revolt.
